My Integrative Approach: Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Integrating IFS, mindfulness, and attachment work

Grounded in Connection and Awareness

My approach to therapy blends evidence-based methods with a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. At its core is the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which views the mind as a collection of “parts” — inner aspects that all have their own perspectives, feelings, and roles.

IFS therapy helps you understand these parts without judgment, creating space for compassion and healing. As you learn to listen to yourself more clearly, you reconnect with your core Self — the calm, wise, and centered presence that holds everything together.

Alongside IFS, I draw from mindfulness-based therapy, somatic awareness, and attachment theory. This integrative approach supports both insight and embodiment, helping you not only understand your emotions but also feel more present and at ease in your body.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

A collaborative path toward lasting change

Each person’s healing process is unique. My role is to meet you exactly where you are — emotionally, mentally, and physically — and help you move toward balance at a sustainable pace.

By integrating the Internal Family Systems model with mindfulness and somatic tools, therapy becomes more than problem-solving; it becomes a process of reconnection. You’ll learn how to listen to your body’s signals, care for the parts of yourself that need attention, and respond to challenges with curiosity rather than avoidance.

This approach isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about uncovering what’s whole. Over time, you’ll begin to experience more calm, clarity, and confidence in both your inner and outer life.
