Hello, I’m Neena Gleason, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #156306) offering individual and couples counseling in California. My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen and understood.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices to help clients find balance between body, mind, and spirit. Years of yoga therapy and counseling training have taught me that true well-being comes from harmony within — when we learn to listen to the body’s cues, understand our emotions, and connect with what’s real.

My role is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and begin to shift long-standing patterns. Together, we co-create an environment of safety and openness that allows growth, connection, and calm to emerge naturally.

Training and Professional Foundations

My professional path has been shaped by both clinical training and contemplative practice. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University, with concentrations in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I completed extensive training in Yoga Therapy, which continues to inform how I support clients in reconnecting to their bodies and nervous systems.
